Being a family business we understand exactly how many small business owners need to operate their business with their family in mind.

Our first business in 2002 we were quickly joined by our two daughters, 1 in 2004 and one in 2005 so time was always precious as was including our young growing family into the business (where we could) which is why we are so passionate about Arrow Marketing Labs as not only a money saver but a time saver for business owners.


Being the only entrepreneur in my family is tough. Every family gathering echoed with "Why don't you get a real job?". For 5 years my dad told people I was unemployed because that had less stigma than being a business owner!

Over the years my transport company won business awards for innovation and Environmental Awareness. I worked with huge companies delivering multi million pound contracts, and with individuals on a budget. Of course, this business reached its 10th-anniversary milestone.

After a near-death experience (a ruptured appendix at 39) I decided that I wanted to make a change in the business I was in. Having created one of the most visible online courier companies in the UK at the time marketing and sales were calling me. So I setup my 3rd business and launched Sark Emedia (now Online Visibility Academy).

Running a sales and marketing business is very different to a transport company however the business side was similar, we needed to find clients, make sales and grow this business. I quickly found out that my passion for business was what would lead us to today where this company is still growing, it's amazing for both of us to be present for all of our daughter's activities.

My proudest moment (so far) has been watching my martial artist daughters both win gold medals in Jiu-Jitsu competitions.


Back in 2006, I helped my hubby Kevin save his transport business with a little thing called digital marketing.

Now, I didn't have any fancy degrees or experience in the field, but I knew one thing for sure - I was going to make it work, even if it meant making up my own rules as I went along.

And that's exactly what I did - I created the 30-Day Blogging Challenge and before you know it, Kevin's transport business had a bigger digital presence than DHL, Fedex, and UPS combined. Can you believe it? People tell me blogging doesn't work - but those 750,000 people who've taken the blogging challenge are probably laughing in their face right now.

Since then, we've been on a mission to help website owners everywhere write and market their content, create and launch their online courses, and even figure out who their ideal clients are. And let's be real, if we can make a transport business more popular than the big dogs, we can do anything. We'd like to help you do it too.
